Color rendering and photoshop for Ameya Preserve, an 11,000-acre ranch located along the Yellowstone River in Montana’s Paradise Valley. The project vision centers on creating a sustainable balance between a vibrant community development and the pristine natural resources of the land. This vision includes varied residential types and densities, a village core serving as the cultural heart, and an 8,000-acre conservation easement to preserve the land in perpetuity. A data atlas and site analysis process was developed at the beginning of the design process. This comprehensive method established a land plan with appropriate placement of development and conservation. Comparative analysis and detailed site planning refined the location of housing, circulation corridors, and community facilities while preserving wildlife, vegetation, views and access.
